RJ's journey into the world of technology began at just 14 years old, when the trusty but outdated laptop he'd been gaming on suddenly gave out. Determined to get back into the action, he dove headfirst into troubleshooting — spending days meticulously purging malware, performing disk defragmentation, freeing up storage, replacing a CMOS battery, and even convincing his father to purchase a new hard drive from the local electronics store. That experience ignited a passion for tech that quickly became a daily pursuit.

Recognizing his natural talent, RJ began offering his skills to friends, family, classmates, and neighbors — transforming his hobby into his very first business venture. Throughout high school, he became the go-to resource for virus removal, computer optimization, and general tech troubleshooting.

After graduating, RJ briefly entered the workforce in a warehouse role — but his passion for technology never faded. A chance meeting with the company's IT staff sparked the realization that his lifelong interest could become a fulfilling career. He began shadowing the IT department in his free time, absorbing everything he could. His determination paid off quickly, earning him a position as a Junior Service Desk Technician.

Today, RJ holds the position of Senior IT Analyst at that same company — proof of his relentless drive and ability to think creatively. As Owner and CEO of Crudup Tech Solutions, he personally oversees every project, ensuring each client receives the highest standard of care. RJ isn't just your tech support — he's your neighbor, your ally, and your trusted friend in technology.

Whether configuring network infrastructure, deploying smart home and SOHO systems, or advising on technology best practices, Stefan's passion for creating practical, streamlined solutions has remained constant.
